1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Play Together, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and by the App Store rating (17+), and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Not a Dating or Matrimonial Service

Play Together is an interest-based community platform for discovering local activities, joining events, and connecting with people who share similar hobbies. It is not a dating, matchmaking, or matrimonial service. We do not provide romantic matching, compatibility scoring, or marriage-introduction services.

3. Account and Profile

You must provide accurate personal information and photos. You may not impersonate others or post false information. Your account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or shared.

4. User Conduct

While using Play Together, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Fraud, spam, or funneling users to external platforms
  • Harassment, insults, threats, or personal attacks against other users
  • Posting sexual, pornographic, or nudity-related content
  • Content related to gambling, pyramid schemes, drugs, or illegal goods
  • Hate speech, violence, or content that violates local laws
  • Using the platform for dating, matchmaking, or romantic solicitation
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content, photos, and messages you upload. You grant Play Together the license necessary to display and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Reporting and Blocking

Every user profile and every piece of user-generated content includes Report and Block controls. Reported content is reviewed and, if it violates these Terms, the offending user is warned, restricted, or permanently banned.

7. Enforcement

For accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, Play Together reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban the account, and to cooperate with law enforcement.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue features as needed for the operation of the service; material changes will be announced in-app. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
